These earrings are inspired by the traditional drums and butterfly motifs of the Miao ethnic group. The design brings together the rhythmic forms found in Miao musical culture and the soft, unfolding silhouette of the butterfly, translating two long-standing cultural references into a refined piece suited to contemporary wear.
The structure is defined through coiled filigree work in 990 silver, where fine wire is shaped into layered circular and scroll elements. The central motif maintains a clear axis and balanced composition, framed by a continuous filigree border that gives the piece its measured outline.
By combining two motifs deeply rooted in Miao craftsmanship, the earrings present cultural heritage in a distilled and modern form, offering a piece that carries both clarity of design and a quiet connection to tradition.
